I recently joined JRCs Project Management Coaching and it’s
been extremely good so far. JRC were able to understand my
interests during my OnBoarding session, and they built me an
amazing Project Simulation based on a topic I love which is
property development as this is something I want to go into in
future. I have so far learned about how to start projects and
have enjoyed doing the Project Brief and Business Case for my
project. I have been able to get an understanding of how
projects fit into programmes and how you make a commercial
justification for projects within the Business Case. I’ve also
learnt about key stakeholders, Risk Management and how to
mitigate risks as well as identifying dependencies. Although I
haven’t yet completed my coaching, it is already helping me
with other areas of my life as I am also a student elsewhere but
I feel like the coaching is helping to broaden my mind and I am
understanding my studies better. I’m really looking forward to
the rest of the coaching and I can’t wait to see what else I’ll be
learning on this coaching programme!
